Air Ticketing course is also known as Diploma in Airline Ticketing course. Even though the names are slightly different, the course content remains same in case of each course!
Airline ticketing programs have gained huge popularity in the recent times. This course will lead one to an Office/Reception/Front desk job, where working hours are fixed and the work load is not very high!
Students who have passed 10+2 in any stream (Arts, Commerce or Science) are eligible to pursue this course. The course duration could be anywhere between 6-12 months. Course duration usually varies from one institute to another!

An air ticketing professional can usually be found in the bookings/ticket/reception counter at airports. Their main task is to communicate with the passengers and provide them with boarding pass and airline tickets (based on their needs).
Modern air ticketing systems use computers, online payment systems and IT systems. Ticket cancellation and refund policy also differs from one airline to another!
